METHOD FOR PREPARING PEPTIDES BY ENZYME-DECOMPOSING PROTEIN BEING IN GERMINATED PLANT SEED WITH IMPROVED PRODUCTION YIELD

PURPOSE: A method for preparing peptides by enzyme-decomposing proteins being in germinated plant seeds with improved production yield is provided. The germinated plant seeds have different proteins and amino acid compositions, and an increased amount of bio-stimulating materials such as vitamin compared to pre-germination, and are easily decomposed to prepare peptides cheaply. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing peptides using germinated plant seeds comprises the steps of: selecting plant seeds; washing the selected plant seeds with water; germinating the plant seeds; pulverizing the germinated plant seeds; suspending the pulverized germinated plant seeds in distilled water and heating the suspension with agitation; regulating the pH value of the suspension to an appropriate pH; adding enzyme into the suspension and reacting them to decompose proteins; and inactivating the enzymes, removing insoluble materials, and ultra-filtering the reacted solution, wherein the enzyme is papain, bromelain, pronase, subtilisin or alcalase.
