PURPOSE: A four-head power-saving condenser resistance welding machine is provided to improve working efficiency by welding four sides quickly with a digital controller, and to maintain and control plural welding machines by the single centralized control system. CONSTITUTION: A four-head power-saving condenser resistance welding machine is composed of four-head welding parts, a power supply unit operating the four-head welding machine, an operating unit setting welding condition and displaying the operation of the welding machine with operating switches and plural lamps, a digital controller composed of a microprocessor controlling welding condition, and a centralized control system controlling plural welding machines. The welding condition is predetermined according to the kind, the thickness of the work piece to be welded and welding strength, and the welding state of the welding machine is checked.
