PURPOSE:To float a roof with air and dispense with a jack any longer, by arranging a pipe line from the outside to the bottom of a tank, while sending air to the tank bottom for air-raising. CONSTITUTION:A pipe line 2 reaching to a tank bottom part from a more upper position than a construction position of a roof 1 is set up vertically and a lower end part of this pipe line 2 is set up on the tank bottom part, while a lower end of the pipe line 2 is made open to the tank inside. When air-rasing of the roof 1 is carried out, air is blown in the underside of the roof from an air blowing port 3 on the upper end part of the pipe line 2 through the inside of the pipe 2 whereby the roof 1 is floated up. With this constitution, even in case of a underground tank, this roof air-raising is easily performable. |
