The present invention relates to a dosed liquid washing and cleaning agent composition, comprising a non-aqueous matrix and solid particles dispersed therein, in a bag made from a water-soluble film. Whereby at least 70 wt. % of the particles of the washing and cleaning agent composition comprise particle sizes below 200 mum. By means of the selection of said particle size range for the suspended particles, normally occurring production problems of leakage of the bag seams and the resulting problems may be avoided.
