PURPOSE:To prevent intrusion of water or snow through blower case into the motor by opening the take-in port of air path for leading the blower motor cooling air through the inner wall into the case while rising said air path from the air take-in port in reverse direction from the gravity. CONSTITUTION:A blower motor 11 is secured to the bottom wall of blower case 1 where said bottom wall and a portion of the side wall are extended tubularly to form a cooling air take-in port. Then an air path or a cooling pipe 14 is coupled to said port. The cooling pipe 14 is formed with a cooling path rising in reverse direction from the gravity and led finally to the motor housing 11. Consequently, the water or snow intruding through an outer-air lead-in port 22 and the blower case 1 into the cooling air take-in port will drop through gravity at the portion of cooling path directing vertically upward and scarcely intrude into the motor. |
