The invention relates to a method for producing foam mortar or special concrete mixtures using a known concrete mixer truck while utilizing the dosing devices of a central concrete mixing facility for preparing the starting product (M) which consists of injection mortar or of a concrete mixture or of premixed ready-mix mortar. The foam mortar (P) is prepared directly before it is poured on the building site in defined limited amounts and in subsequent cycles, to match times, conditions and requirements of pouring. The mortar is produced by supplying, from the drum (1) of the concrete mixer truck, defined amounts (m) of the starting product (M) to a measuring container (2) from where this product is supplied to the mixer (4) in dosed amounts. In the mixer, foam (S) previously produced by a foam producer (5) is added. The special concrete mixtures are prepared according to the same method and using the same device, however, without adding foam. |
