METHOD FOR PRODUCING ARTIFICIAL ZEOLITE FROM FLY ASH CAPABLE OF IMPROVING PRODUCTIVITY BY USING INSIDE AND OUTSIDE SIMULTANEOUS HEATING DEVICE

PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing artificial zeolite from fly ash, which is able to improve productivity by simultaneously heating an inner disc and an outer wall space and minimize generation of dust through a vacuum suction type powdery body transfer technique. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (a) mixing water with sodium hydroxide in a mixing tank to prepare a reaction solution; (b) adding the reaction solution of the step (a) to fly ash to prepare a slurry of the fly ash and the alkaline solution; (c) heat-stirring the slurry of the step (b) to a desired temperature; (d) heating the slurry at the same temperature as the step (c) and then cooling it; (e) separating the sodium hydroxide solution from a dehydrated cake; (f) transferring the dehydrated cake to a washing tank; (g) after adding water to the dehydrated cake to firstly wash the dehydrated cake, dehydrating the washed cake; and (h) after adding water to the dehydrated cake to secondarily wash and neutralize the dehydrated cake, dehydrating and drying the washed cake.
