PURPOSE: A digital satellite broadcasting receiver is provided to simultaneously tune multi-channel through a single satellite broadcasting receiver, and simultaneously receive different channels tuned through respective display devices that are located respectively in a plurality of separate spaces. CONSTITUTION: A multi-tuner unit consisting of a plurality of tuners(14-1,14-2,...,14-n) and demodulators converts satellite signals into TP(TransPort stream) signals by tuning and demodulating the satellite signals to corresponding to channels respectively, and outputs the TP signals. A CAS(Conditional Access System) part(144) descrambles the TP signals. A multi-demultiplexer(142) divides the descrambled TP signals into audio signals and video signals of respective channels. A multi-decoding part(143) respectively multi-decodes the audio signals and video signals of respective channels through corresponding decoding operation and outputs the decoded audio signals and video signals to a plurality of display devices located respectively in a plurality of separate spaces.
