<p>The present invention relates to a method and system for managing a video fitness center wherein users are kept interested by watching movies or dramas while they are exercising. Fitness apparatus users can , while exercising, conveniently watch video materials so that they can enjoy exercising. The video fitness equipment of the present invention comprises: an exercising apparatus for constant exercise at a designated place, such as a running machine or stationary bicycle; a player apparatus for replaying a video (tave/DVD) or audio material selected by an exerciser or an operator; a displayer apparatus for displaying the replayed video-audio signal; a head/ear phone wherein a voice signal connected with the above display apparatus is outputted to individual users by a wire/wireless connection so that other users are not inconvenienced. Users are especially absorbed in movies or dramas, so they avoid the typical discomfort and boredom of exercise. Since interest in exercise is maintained, the effects of exercise can be maximized. In addition, a variety of services can be provided to a sure by connecting to the above enhanced exercise machines.</p> |
