PURPOSE: A method for controlling the display of an electric bulletin board through a wireless communication network is provided so that a user can reserve specific periods of time for an indoor/outdoor electric bulletin board equipment by using his mobile terminal in order to display desired multimedia information. CONSTITUTION: A wireless communication network system consists of a mobile terminal(10), a plurality of electric bulletin board equipments(DU1-DUn), an RNC(Radio Network Controller)(12), a GPRS(14), a call session control part(20), an HSS(Home Subscriber Server)(22), a reservation information management server(24), a multimedia information service server(26), a multimedia information database(28), and a settlement processing server(30). The HSS(22), serving as a master database for the user information of each mobile user, provides user information interworking with the call session control part(20). The reservation information management server(24) executes reservation information management for the display reservation of multimedia information for electric bulletin board equipments(DU1-DUn). The multimedia information service server(26) receives multimedia information from the mobile terminal(10) and transmits it to an associated electric bulletin board equipment so as to be displayed at reserved periods of time. The multimedia information database(28) stores various contents and kinds of multimedia information that the mobile terminals(10) can select. |
