PURPOSE: A transfer error correction method for a work line of a pallet is provided to correct an error by subdividing and measuring a position displacement value of the pallet into X and Y axes and rotational angle and comparing a measurement value with pre-set control lower and upper limit values. CONSTITUTION: In a transfer method of vehicle body parts by using a vision camera capturing and comparing an image of a subject with an initial reference value and then computing a position change value, a transfer error correction method for a work line of a pallet(13) is composed of steps for transmitting specification information about a part to be transferred and the pallet to a control unit(20) having a data base(10); measuring a coordinate value of a position state of the pallet corresponding to an article(11) by the vision system and transmitting the coordinate value to the control unit; storing the position information of the measured pallet in the data base; deciding a failure of the pallet by comparing the measured information value about the pallet position input from the data base with a pre-set information value and correcting the displacement of the pallet position for failure; loading the pallet on a pallet track(23) in a work place by a predetermined transfer device; and controlling and transferring the article with a carrying device(27) by driving an automatic robot(25).
