PURPOSE: An alternative fuel supply device is provided to secure excellent storability and stability, to form emulsion of water and gasoline without using an emulsifying agent and maintain the emulsion for a long time, and to minimize air pollution. CONSTITUTION: An alternative fuel supply device(1) comprises a fuel tank(10) receiving water and gasoline; a fuel mixing unit(20) having a far infrared ray emission ceramic installed in the fuel tank, and an aeration pipe(45) receiving exhaust gas produced from an engine and aerating water and gasoline; a fuel supply pipe(30) having one end adjacent to the surface of water in the fuel tank and the other end connected to a fuel inlet of the engine; an air supply pipe(50) branched and combined to the fuel supply pipe to supply outside air to the engine; and an exhaust gas pipe(40) exhausting the exhaust gas produced from the engine and supplying the exhaust gas to the aeration pipe. The exhaust gas pipe transmits the heat of the exhaust gas to the fuel supply pipe by at least partially coming in contact with the fuel supply pipe.
