An incombustible compn. is prepf. of calcium chloride and foaming refractories. Calcium chloride 150g is diluted in water 1800cc. Silicone resins 200cc, sodium silicate 40cc, and polyvinyl acetate resins emulsion 2500cc are mixed and pulverized to 200 450 mesh with 700 - 1000 rpm. Castable refractory 100g, ammonium phosphate 300cc, and silica gel 30g are mixed and pulverized and heated at 800 - 1000≦̸C. Asbestos powder 30g, slaked lime 1800g, diatomaceous earth 200g and stone powder 600g are mixed in water and heated at 800 - 1200≦̸C for 3 - 6 hrs, which is pulverized to 200 - 450 mesh. The incombustible compn. is prepd. by heating the mixt. at 100 - 200≦̸C for 0.5 - 1 hr and precipitating at 30 80≦̸C for 1 - 2hrs.
