<p>A flat valve device allowed to reduce thickness while increasing the safety of a gas structure by securely holding the airtightness thereof and allowing the easy completion of exhaust gas in a short time without attaching/detaching any other part, comprising an annular outer frame member (3) fitted to the opening part of the gas structure (2), a circular body member (4) detachably threaded to the inner periphery of the annular outer frame member (3), and a valve (6) installed in a valve storage space (4d) in the circular body member (4). An outwardly passing hole (4e) and an inwardly passing hole (4f) are formed in the circular body member (4), the valve (6) is formed of a sealing cover (6a) and an energizing member (6b), and the circular body member (4) comprises a circular recessed part (4b) and a rotating cover (5) rotatably fitted to the circular recessed part (4b). The outwardly passing hole (4e) is formed at a position eccentric from the center of the circular recessed part (4b), and a gas filling hole (5b) is formed in the rotating cover (5) with an eccentric amount equal to that of the outwardly passing hole (4e).</p> |
