[PROBLEMS] To provide a terminal device capable of smoothly performing a conference by inputting information through handwrite of a user. [MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEMS] A terminal device includes: display means for displaying a background image according to the background image data; reception means placed on a handwriting input device for receiving handwritten data indicating the handwritten content manually written on a medium having the background image; and reproduction means for displaying the handwritten content by superimposing it on the displayed background image so that the position of the handwritten content on the background image on the medium corresponds to the position of the background image displayed by the display means according to the handwritten data.
