PURPOSE: Provided is an enamel portrait made by coating a surface of a metal plate with enamel three times, plasticizing the enamel, and forming a transfer printing layer on the enamel, thereby preventing the portrait from being decolorized when it is exposed to atmosphere. CONSTITUTION: The portrait includes a steel plate(11), first, second and third enamel layers(12,13,14) formed on the entire surface of the steel plate, and a transfer printing layer(15) formed on an upper surface of the third enamel layer. Prior to application of the enamel, a surface of the steel plate is cleaned, and enamel coating is performed three times. A thickness and weight of the portrait are minimized so that it is easily treated and has resistance against impact, without lowering rigidity.
