PURPOSE: A focusing control device of an optical disk drive pickup system is provided to curve a middle part of a swing arm at predetermined angle in order to increase the rigidity for a tracking direction, thereby improving a tracking directional rigidity of the swing arm. CONSTITUTION: A VCM actuator(102) is hinge-coupled by a horizontal hinge(101). A swing arm(110) is protruded from one side of the VCM actuator(102), has a curved middle part, and is rotated by interworking with the VCM actuator(102). A focusing arm(120) is rotatively mounted on other side end of the swing arm(110). A leaf spring hinge(130) elastically supports a middle part of the focusing arm(120) such that the focusing arm(120) can rotate in vertical direction. Focusing actuators(140) are mounted on the swing arm(110) and the focusing arm(120), so that the focusing arm(120) can rotate on the basis of the middle part thereof.
