A synthetic resin cap comprising a cap main body having a top plate and a sleeve depending from the peripheral edge of the top plate, the inner surfac e of the top plate of the cap main body being formed with an annular inner sea l projection adapted to be fitted in the container mouth and an annular open e nd seal projection adapted to abut against the open end of the container mouth, the open end seal projection being deformedly bent in a direction to increas e its diameter until it abuts against the cap main body, the top plate being provided with a positioning raised portion disposed such that it abuts again st the open end when the open end seal projection is deformedly bent until it abuts against the cap main body; a closing device using the synthetic resin cap; and a container-packed beverage.
