The nail also comprises a longitudinal bor e (3) running coaxially with the central axis (2) and a wall (4), in addition to an insert (7) that can be introduced into the region of the transversal bore (5) via the longitudinal bore (3). Said insert has a longitudinal axis (13) and consists of a material "m", which has a lower elasticity modulus e < E than the material M.
