PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reinforced flame-retardant polyester resin composition good in mechanical characteristics, extremely small in the anisotropy of a molded product and stably giving an excellent performance, and to obtain a flame-resistant molded product little in fraction defective. SOLUTION: This reinforced flame-retardant polyester resin composition comprises (A) 100 of a thermoplastic polyester resin containing polybutylene terephthalate as an essential component, (B) 2-30 pts.wt. of a polyolefin copolymer having a softening temperature of <=50 deg.C, (C) 2-60 pts.wt. of an organic bromine compound, (D) 0.2-30 pts.wt. of an antimony compound, (E) 0-5 pts.wt. of a fluororesin, (F) 2-100 pts.wt. of a fibrous inorganic filler having a fiber diameter of 2-50μm, and (G) 2-100 pts.wt. of a plate-like inorganic material having an average particle diameter of 300-3000μm. The component (F) is used in an amount of 0.25-4 times that of the component (G). |
