PURPOSE:To facilitate the folding and cutting of the tape end section by forming a cutting section approachably or removably from a guide section so that the cutting section is located lower than the top edge of the guide section at the time of the approach. CONSTITUTION:A tape cutting device 10 integrally molded with an elastic member is formed in a reversed-U shape, a tape guide section 14 is formed on one end side, and a tape cutting section 18 is formed on the other end side. The guide section 14 and the cutting section 18 are made approachable or removable from each other using a base section 12a as a fulcrum so that a cutting edge 16 is located lower than the top edge of the guide section 14 when the cutting section 18 is pressed to approach the guide section 14. According to this constitution, when the cutting section 14 is pressed, the tape between the temporary lock section 20 of the cutting section 18 and the top edge 22 of the guide section 14 is expanded upward, and the tape end section can be simply folded by being picked and extracted. If no folding is required, the normal cutting may be performed without pressing the cutting section.
