The invention relates to a precooked food product covered in breadcrumbs wherein said breadcrumbs comprise an external layer of puffed rice. In addition, the invention also relates to a procedure for the production of a precooked food product comprising an application stage of a layer of puffed rice onto its surface. Such a product allows the maintenance of an optimal crispiness even if it is not precooked in oil, i.e. fried. |
