<p>The seat has a substructure, a middle structure (5) with seat pad (19), and a backrest (23). To move from use into car access position, a first four-bar mechanism (11) pivots the whole seat (1), while the backrest retains its position relative to the middle structure. The mechanism is locked when the seat is in use position via a lock (15) between sub and middle structures. The backrest is pivoted relative to the middle structure. Seat pad and middle structure form part of a second four-bar mechanism, which lowers the seat pad relative to the middle structure when the seat is lowered into use position.</p> |
