The warning system to alert a person to the presence of foodstuffs, which are not permitted in a diet, is set by the user. The marker is a foodstuff additive, comparable to a mayonnaise or ketchup and the like, which modifies the forbidden foods to give them an unpleasant appearance and/or odor and/or taste. The foodstuff additive also contains triggers, mainly by mucilages, which modify the physiological absorption of fat and/or sugar by the individual and also give a sensation of satiety and/or ease the passage of food through the intestinal tract so that rejection of proscribed foods is augmented by the foodstuff additives. |
