The present invention relates to a supporting module with waterproof seal for vehicle doors mainly comprised of a flexible laminar element (2) that can establish a waterproof seal between the wet and dry sides of the door (1), also meant to facilitate the mounting tasks of each component. The flexible laminar element has a sufficient supporting capacity to allow a preliminary mounting on it of the various door components for a subsequent installation of the entire assembly on the door in a single operation; however, the strength and structural capacities of the door continue to rely on its reinforcements and ribs, and not on the flexible laminar element, thereby allowing a cheaper and simpler laminar element and assembly as a whole. <IMAGE>
