METHOD AND DEVICE FOR DETECTING THE TEMPERATURE OF A HYDRAULIC BRAKING SYSTEM IN A MOTOR VEHICLE

Measuring engine stress (Um) and distribution voltage determines temperature in a hydraulic pump (1) after switch-on with the aid of a model that has a status monitor to set up a temperature-dependent safety function for estimated temperature in a pump motor or hydraulic pump. At a preset point in time this function is set up after distribution voltage switches on. Temperature in the hydraulic pump is detected by using an empirically detected comparison table or curve.
