PURPOSE:To control the roughness of a cell and the generation of collapse at the same time and improve mold release characteristics, by a method wherein amine and an organic solvent are used together with a wax emulsion type aqueous mold release agent by using the wax emulsion type aqueous mold release agent as a base material. CONSTITUTION:The title composition is a mold release agent composition for wax emulsion type urethane foam molding containing a kind or more of amine selected out of a group composed of triethylenediamine, N,N- dimethylcyclohexylamine, N,N-dimethyl-2-phenylamine, N,N,N',N'- tetramethylbutanediamine, N-hexamethyl triethylenetetramine, N,N'- dimethylpiperazine, dimethylaminoethanolamine and triethanolamine, a kind or more of carbon hydride series organic solvent whose boiling point is 75 deg.C or higher and wax emulsion. 1-10pts.wt. amine to 100pts.wt. wax is suitable for an additive quantity of the amine. As an organic solvent, one which is high in the ignition point, superior in solubility or dispersibility to the wax and apt to volatilize is preferably used.
