An endoscopic intubation system, in particular for babies or very small childern, comprises an endoscope and an endotracheal tube, where the endoscope includes a substantially bend-resistent shaft whose outer diameter is slightly smaller than an inner diameter of the tube, so that the tube can be slid onto the shaft and where the shaft is at least partially curved.
