PURPOSE:To keep an output voltage level stably by supplying a current from other power terminal to an output terminal when a voltage level of a load is changed with respect to an input voltage impressed to a noninverting input terminal toward the level of one power terminal. CONSTITUTION:When a drive voltage -V0 is varied toward the level of a power terminal -Vdd with respect to a voltage of a voltage division output node N0 due to the fluctuation of a load voltage coupled with an output terminal BFout, the ON-resistance of a voltage controlled MOSFET Q7 is increased and the load supplied to the output terminal BFout is decreased. Moreover, current control MOSFETs Q10, 12 and Q14 are turned on following the fluctua tion of the load voltage instantly by the action of the MOSFET Q16 and an electric charge of a ground level is supplied forcibly to the output terminal BFout. Thus, the output voltage level is kept stably and excellently with respect to the load fluctuation while keeping low power consumption.
