PURPOSE: A scoop box is provided to give a sickroom of an ambulance an air circulation through its air duct, and to form upon an injection molding a receiving space for a scoop with a door installed thereto as to be opened and closed by use of a hinge. CONSTITUTION: The scoop box is made by an injection molding of FRP and which includes a vertical portion(11) having a certain height, a horizontal portion, an air duct(17) formed along the vertical portion, and a connecting pipe(21). The horizontal portion has a guide portion for guiding wheels of a handbarrow. The vertical and horizontal portions are integrally formed. The air duct is provided with a plurality of air vents(19). The connecting pipe connects the air duct with an air vent formed to a sickroom of an ambulance. The vertical and horizontal portions define a receiving space for receiving a scoop therein. A door for the receiving space is installed to the horizontal portion to be moved through a hinge.
