<p>FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has material roll rotatably wound on receiving reel as broad cloth. The cloth material is separated from the roll all over its width without subjecting it to rupture tension by means of vacuum roller and divided into separate strips in negative pressure zone of the vacuum roller by means of roller having a set of disk knives. Each strip is separated from the vacuum roller at the negative pressure zone end, supplied to separate vacuum canal and continuously moved along the canal by applying negative pressure. Each strip is turned approximately by 90° on its way to the canal or through the canal and at least two strips are arranged one over another at the vacuum canals end at the same time. ^ EFFECT: lower labor consumption when producing articles; higher article quality. ^ 4 cl, 4 dwg</p> |
