摘要 FIELD: production of nanoparticles. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with method intended for production of amorphous particles of a nanometer size, which finds application in different branches of a science and engineering. In particular, the metal nanostructures are considered as a perspective material for creation of new sensory, electronic and optoelectronic devices, and also at development of new types of highly-selective solid-state catalysts. The method of production of nanoparticles provides for dispersion of a melted material, feeding of the produced liquid drops of the material into the formed in a noble gas at pressure of 10-4 - 10-1 Pa plasma, parameters of which meet the given ratios, cool the formed in the mentioned plasma liquid nanoparticles in a noble gas till their solidification and deposition of the produced solid nanoparticles on a carrying agent. The technical result consists in production of the structures composed of deposited on the surface of the carrying agent nanoparticles having a fine-bored dispersion and being in an amorphous state, that allows to reach high-density of the particles packing and to increase efficiency of transformation of the source material into nanoparticles. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures production of structures composed of nanoparticles deposited on the surface of the carrying agent with high density of the particles packing and increased efficiency of transformation of the source material into nanoparticles. ^ 8 cl, 2 ex, 4 dwg
