FIELD: building units, particularly built-up from parts of different materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves mechanical cleaning wall structure joints, cleaning and degreasing panel surfaces; treating panel parts with latex solution; repairing damaged panel parts with the use of non-contracting cement mix; filling up joints with non-contracting cement mix with latex additive and polymeric fiber along with providing gap between panels; applying reinforcing strips of flexible water-proofing coating material to joints; connecting air-tight bands to reinforcing strips; applying outer elastic air- tight coating and fire-proof composition on sealing bands and on all panel surfaces. Method of interpanel joint sealing of newly-erected building is performed in the same way. Means for interpanel joints filling includes hardened filling material applied on panel ends in layered manner and spaced a determined distance. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency. ^ 13 cl, 1 dwg
