PURPOSE: A video graphic card is provided to share a scaling circuit and to simplify a structure while a conventional function is maintained without a loss so that a gate count of a chip is lowered and power is saved. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a 2D/3D process engine(201), a decompression process engine(203), and a scaling circuit(205). The 2D/3D process engine(201) receives and processes graphic and text data. The decompression process engine(203) receives compressed video data and decompresses the video data. The scaling circuit, connecting to the 2D/3D process engine(201) and the decompression process engine(203), receives the data processed by the 2D/3D process engine(201) and the decompression process engine(203).
