PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing application or data using information of a wireless terminal are provided to offer various applications or data by using information of a wireless terminal such as electric serial number, mobile identification number, chip serial number. CONSTITUTION: A client wireless terminal(150) stores at least one or more wireless terminal information data. A network server(100) links an application or data selected by a client connected through a wired and wireless network with wireless terminal information stored in the client wireless terminal, and stores the application or the data together with wireless terminal information in a certain storing medium. When the client wireless terminal is used, the network server(100) provides the application or the data linked with wireless terminal information to an interface terminal device(145). The interface terminal device(145) provides the application or the data received from the network server(100) to the client wireless terminal(150).
