PURPOSE: A portable storage device for a patient registration card, and an emergency patient data transmission and medical treatment recording method are provided to store a treatment history, a basic health state, and X-ray images of a patient, to transmit the stored data to a doctor in charge, and to automatically record a treatment result. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a connector(12), a transmission controller(13), a flash memory(16), a CPU(11), and an EPROM(Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory, 15). The connector(12) connects to a port of a portable storage. The transmission controller(13) communicates data with a data device via the connector(12). The flash memory(16) stores personal data on a patient, treatment data, and medical examination history data of the patient. |
