PURPOSE: An information service system using mobile wireless equipments and a method therefor are provided to receive information from a specific home page web server and record messages generated from mobile wireless equipments on a home page, thereby performing star marketing. CONSTITUTION: The first wireless equipment(100) receives a peculiar telephone number by applying for service registration. The second wireless equipment(200_n) has a permitted peculiar ID and a password by applying for service subscription. A wire Internet web server(500) provides information related to a subscriber of the first wireless equipment(100), and has a homepage for recording telephone call information and short messages when the second wireless equipment(200_n) attempts a call with the first wireless equipment(100) by dialing the telephone number. A mobile communication network permits the service registration of the first wireless equipment(100) and the service subscription of the second wireless equipment(200_n), and connects the second wireless equipment(200_n) with the wire Internet web server(500) in the case that the second wireless equipment(200_n) attempts a call with the first wireless equipment(100).
