FIELD: electronic vote. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes use of computer equipment, connected to network and mounted at voter position and vote organizing position at election area. During vote, voter fills an electronic vote bulletin, signs it with his digital signature and sends to election area. After check of digital signature on bulletin, receipt signed by organizer digital signature is sent to voter. Receipt contains full name of voter, vote result and unique personal identifier assigned to voter. Voter sends a receipt with confirmation of correctness of data in organizer receipt, signed with his digital signature. During vote, two lists are formed and published: one list with results of electronic vote, with unique personal identifiers of users, and second list with names of voters taking part in electronic vote. ^ EFFECT: higher trustworthiness. ^ 4 cl, 3 dwg |
