FIELD: remote monitoring of media. ^ SUBSTANCE: device can be used in national systems of seismic monitoring. According to the method the areas of selected linear cloud anomalies are filmed in blue-violet visual spectrum in two receiving channels with high spatial resolution; signals in channels are orthogonally polarized. Series of sequent images are used for estimate changes in width of correlation interval within specific period of time.
