PURPOSE: An assembling and disassembling tool for a bolt and a nut is provided to improve working efficiency by assembling and disassembling the bolt and the nut conveniently in the limited space regardless of interference. CONSTITUTION: A bolt and nut assembling and disassembling tool is composed of a socket(100) into which the head of a bolt or a nut is inserted, and an operating handle(200) turned by a worker. The operating handle is formed of a long rod, and composed of plural bent parts for preventing interference. The socket is combined with the end of the operating handle, and a function groove(110) is formed in the socket and combined with the head of the bolt or the nut. The bolt or the nut is inserted to the part of the machine by the worker, and the head of the bolt or the nut is inserted to the function groove of the socket. The bolt and the nut are assembled and disassembled by turning the socket with the operating handle.
