PURPOSE: A broiling apparatus using charcoal is provided to cook food quickly and conveniently by putting the grill with food into the heating chamber, to improve flavor of food by radiating far infrared rays from the heat resistance material mounted to the inner wall of the heating chamber, and to prevent smoke and bad smell by forcibly supplying air and smoke from the heating chamber to the charcoal and oil pan. CONSTITUTION: A broiling apparatus is composed of a heating chamber(11) formed in a body(10) and combined with an upper door and a lower door opened and closed, a charcoal storage part(22) formed in the wall of the heating chamber to store charcoal, plural grill fixing parts(24) formed in the upper part of the heating chamber to fix fitting parts of grills(14) via the hole of the upper door, an oil pan(25) installed in the lower part of the heating chamber to store oil from food cooked in the grill, and a smoke removing unit forcibly guiding air and smoke from the heating chamber into the charcoal and oil pan. |
