FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, irrigation equipment used in continuously advancing girder-type sprinkler machines. ^ SUBSTANCE: girder has pipelines of central panel and pipelines of water supplying belt. Said pipelines are made in the form of curved chain lines in transverse-vertical plane, said lines being described by equation: y=(a/2)(ex/a+e-x, with /a), where a is distance from surface of field to be irrigated to pipeline arranged in mid portion of central panel; e is base of natural logarithm (Napierian number), e=2.71828; x and y are abscissas and ordinates of required point of pipeline in Cartesian coordinates system, with leading ends of coordinates being aligned with field surface and vertical axis of symmetry of girder. ^ EFFECT: reduced material usage, enhanced reliability in operation and increased efficiency. ^ 4 dwg |
