Moreover, as biologically active substances it contains gourd pectin. Additionally, it contains citric acid, alpha-tocopherol, vitamin premix H33053. Moreover, all the components should be taken at certain quantitative ratio. The innovation enables to obtain vitaminized emulsion fatty product of homogeneous structure at dense consistency in which in case of storage at 1-10 C for 120 d there is no division of phases and organoleptic and physico-chemical parameters should not be altered. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 3 ex, 1 tbl
