PURPOSE: A portable strap and a portable strap selling system are provided to prevent a portable communication device from being stolen by preventing a portable strap from being separated from the portable communication device regardless of the intention of the owner of the strap. CONSTITUTION: A strap body(1) has a belt type or a circular shape. A connection part(2) is inserted into a connection hole(6a) of a mobile communication device(6) connected with the strap body(1). A fixed part(3) is coupled with an end portion of the connection part(2) and has a diameter greater than the diameter of the connection hole(6a) so that it cannot be separated. The fixed part(3) includes a thin platy base part(3c), a key part(3b) which can be extended outwardly with self-elasticity and a lid(3a) having an insertion part(3d), to which the key part(3b) is connected. The thin platy base part(3c) and the connection part(2) are inserted into the connection hole(6a) of the mobile communication device(6), and in this state, the key part(3b) is connected into the insertion part(3d) of the lid(3a).
