PURPOSE: A board for construction using charcoal and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the damage risk of the charcoal board when used as a floor or ceiling board, to maintain the characteristic function of charcoal, and to remove the unevenness after construction, even if the board supporting surface is uneven. CONSTITUTION: The board for construction includes: a lower body sheet(1), configured as an one body of a compressed fiber sheet to form the lowest layer and having a little cushion force; a lower charcoal functional sheet(2), configured in such a manner that plural lower charcoal pieces(2a) and lower wood pieces(2b) are continuously boned and fixed in the horizontal state, and bonded on the lower body sheet(2); an intermediate body sheet(3), configured as an one body of a plywood and bonded on the lower charcoal functional sheet(2); an upper charcoal functional sheet(4), bonded on the intermediate body sheet(3); an upper body sheet(5), made out of material wood board and bonded on the upper charcoal functional sheet(4); and a surface protection layer(6).
