PURPOSE: A webbing guide apparatus of a seat belt for a vehicle is provided to prevent locking in excessively winding the webbing by decelerating winding speed of the webbing into the retractor inside a pillar with the deceleration guide unit. CONSTITUTION: A webbing guide apparatus is composed of a roller(3) composed of a gear tooth(4), turned around a first rotating shaft(5) supported laterally in a pillar of a vehicle and rotated with friction force in contacting to a webbing, a gear(6) turned around a second rotating shaft(7) supported laterally in the vehicle pillar and engaged with the roller, and a deceleration unit(8) integrally installed with the gear and turned by the second rotating shaft to decelerate winding speed of the webbing into the retractor. A rubber friction pad(9) is attached to the deceleration unit to decelerate the winding speed of the webbing with friction.
