FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: a new type of gerodietary product is suggested being a concentrate for the first course prepared by mixing a fermenolysate and acid hydrolysate of fish dressing wastes, soybean texturate, cabbage, tomatoes, amaranthus flour, onions, carrots, corn grains, common salt, CO2-extracts of dill and celery used in dried form and a preparation out of Mortierella nantahalensis micromycete biomass obtained due to the preset technique followed by packaging the mixture. The product suggested has increased content of easily digestible calcium and phosphorus and nutrients in a more acceptable form. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. |
