FIELD: biotechnology, molecular biology, medicine, proteins. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention describes nucleotide sequence encoding new polypeptide (TIE-ligand-4) that relates to the family of TIE-ligands. Fragment of this nucleotide sequence relating to fibrinogen-like domain of new polypeptide is determined. Vectors comprising nucleic acid fragment with sequence encoding TIE-ligand-4 or its fibrinogen-like domain are constructed and used for transformation of host-cells and preparing corresponding recombinant polypeptides.
