FIELD: fat-and-oil industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method envisages removing phospholipids, free fatty oils, and coloring substances with the aid of a reagent, which is multipurpose blended reagent composed of aqueous solution of sodium alkylsulfate, methasilicate, and carboxymethylcellulose taken at 1:1:1 ratio. Reagent is added in amount 0.5-1.5% on the weight of oil. Oil and reagent are stirred together at 20 to 60. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of refined oil, increased yield, and reduced cost price. ^ 1 tbl |
