PURPOSE: A scroll compressor is provided to prevent leakage of discharged gas by making a high-pressure part become more distant from a low-pressure part and distribution according to a production process, and simplify an assembling process. CONSTITUTION: A driving unit rotatively drives to move an orbiting scroll. A compressing unit forms discharged gas by relative motion of a fixed scroll(170) and the orbiting scroll. A casing surrounds the driving unit and the compressing unit. An upper cap(180) is formed to shield a high-pressure part(A) through which the discharged gas passes, and surface-contacts with an outer peripheral surface of the fixed scroll by a bolt to isolate the high-pressure part from a low-pressure part(B) through which sucked gas passes. A sealing member(201) is inserted into a contact plane of an inner peripheral surface of the upper cap and the outer peripheral surface of the fixed scroll.
